Thank you for visiting our blog. We wanted to tell you a bit about our classroom community. The students in our class come from Thailand, Japan, Korea, Israel, Norway, Bhutan, Italy, and Poland but we are all first graders at the International School of Bangkok. We go to English class every other day to get better at speaking, reading and writing in English. We have fun in our class. Ms. DeYoung is our teacher and she is from Boston in the United States. She teaches two English classes, one class has seven students and the other class has ten students. She also comes into our regular classrooms everyday to help us with our reading. We are excited to read your comments and learn more about your school and where you live!

Dear class,
I am delighted to read that you are having such fun with technology. I learned about you from Ms Cofino because I follow her on something called twitter. Perhaps she will show you. This is how I know you have had a very big storm and your school was closed for the day.
I used to teach first graders too and now I make movies. You can see some first grade ESL students in Australia if you look here:

Have fun with your learning.
Bye for now.
Ms Sherryl
